⚠️ The Riddle:

You’re in a room with three switches, all in the “off” position.

Each switch controls one of three light bulbs in the next room.

You can’t see the bulbs from where you are.

You may only enter the room with the bulbs once.

How can you determine which switch controls which bulb?

🧩 Answer?

Turn on the first switch and leave it on for a few minutes.

Then turn it off and quickly turn on the second switch.

Enter the room — the warm bulb is controlled by the first switch, the lit bulb is controlled by the second, and the unlit, cool bulb is controlled by the third.

💡 Explanation:

The Trick:

The heat from the bulb that was on for a while helps you distinguish the first switch. The lit one is the second switch, and the third switch controls the unlit bulb.

🌱 Real-Life Lesson?

Sometimes, you can figure things out by looking at indirect clues, like heat, when you can’t see something directly. Even if you can't observe it up close, those signs can still point you in the right direction.
